  Senate File 429

  On motion of Senator King, Senate File 429, a bill for an act
  relating to price regulation for local exchange carriers, by changing
  certain definitions related to price regulation, permitting certain rate
  increases, requiring certain network infrastructure investments, and
  making related changes, with report of committee without
  recommendation, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Bolkcom asked and received unanimous consent that
  action on Senate File 429 be deferred.
