  Senator Dvorsky offered amendment S-3197, filed by him on
  March 20, 2001, to page 1 and to the title page of the bill, and moved
  its adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3197 be adopted?" (S.F. 342),

  The Chair ruled the point well-taken and the amendment S-3256
  out of order.
