  House File 324

  The Senate resumed consideration of House File 324, a bill for an
  act relating to transportation, including provisions on road projects,
  vehicle sales, movement, and reports, and mailing of notices, and
  providing a penalty and an effective date, and amendment S-3263,
  previously deferred.

  Senator King moved the adoption of amendment S-3263.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3263 be adopted?"
  (H.F. 324), the vote was:

  Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
  express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
