  The Senate resumed consideration of amendment S-3221, as
  amended.

  Senator King called for a division of amendment S-3221, as
  amended:

  Division S-3221A: Line 3; and
  Division S-3221B: Lines 4-29.

  Senator Drake moved the adoption of division S-3221B, as
  amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  Senator Drake moved the adoption of division S-3221A.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall division S-3221A be adopted?" (H.F. 324),
