  act relating to training requirements for certain child laborers and
  providing an effective date, deferred February 27, 2001.

  Senator Hammond offered amendment S-3187, filed by her from
  the floor to page 1 and to the title page of the bill, and moved its
  adoption.

  A record roll call was requested.
