  relating to agricultural production, by prohibiting acts relating to
  facilities or operations, making penalties applicable, and providing

  Senate File 457, by committee on Human Resources, a bill for an
  act relating to cigarettes and tobacco products, including permits for
  retailers of cigarettes, appropriating fees, providing penalties, and
  providing effective dates.

  Senate File 458, by committee on Human Resources, a bill for an
  act relating to children's program and juvenile court provisions
  involving the department of human services in regard to the foster
  home insurance fund, group child care providers, juvenile
