  House File 403, a bill for an act relating to the office of secretary
  of state and the conduct of elections and voter registration in the
  state and providing effective and applicability dates.

  Read first time and referred to committee on State Government.

  IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
  Senate File 267 be immediately messaged to the House.

  ADJOURNMENT

  On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
  until 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2001.
