  authorizing certain criminal history and abuse record and registry
  access to the department of inspections and appeals for purposes of
  data verification and record checks of applicants for employment with
  the department, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Rittmer asked and received unanimous consent that
  House File 192 be substituted for Senate File 127.
