  Senate Concurrent Resolution 12, by Tinsman, a concurrent
  resolution requesting the Director of Public Health to review the
  effects of obesity, report on current state and local programs to
  enhance public awareness of obesity and its treatment, and make
  recommendations for improvements of the programs.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and referred to committee on
  Human Resources.
