  property tax exemption for recycling property and including an
  applicability date.

  Kibbie, Fiegen, Fink, Horn, Deluhery, Hammond, Fraise, Soukup,

  bill for an act providing for county mental health, mental retardation,
  and developmental disabilities allowable growth factor, and making
  an appropriation.
