Senator Iverson moved the adoption of Senate Concurrent Resolution 6, as amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote. IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that Senate Concurrent Resolution 6 be immediately messaged to the House. CONSIDERATION OF BILL (Regular Calendar) Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up for consideration Senate File 30. Senate File 30 On motion of Senator Rehberg, Senate File 30, a bill for an act relating to information included in written promotional materials distributed by the department of economic development, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator Hansen asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw amendment S-3013, filed by him on February 5, 2001, to page 1 of the bill. Senator Rehberg asked and received unanimous consent that House File 103 be substituted for Senate File 30. House File 103 On motion of Senator Rehberg, House File 103, a bill for an act relating to information included in written promotional materials distributed by the department of economic development, was taken up for consideration. LEAVE OF ABSENCE Leave of absence was granted as follows: Senator Miller, for the remainder of the day, on request of Senator Freeman.
