  1  7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1  8    Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  15.106A  WRITTEN PROMOTIONAL
  1  9 MATERIALS.
  1 10    Any written material, including web sites, designed,
  1 11 produced, or distributed by the department for purposes of
  1 12 promoting the state in an attempt to recruit new businesses
  1 13 shall include a clear and conspicuous statement regarding the
  1 14 right-to-work law contained in section 731.1.
