  Relating to sales and possession of pistols and revolvers, by
  requiring a gun-locking device to be provided and related information
  to be posted in connection with the retail sale of a pistol or revolver.

  SSB 1116	Judiciary

  Eliminating the limitation on the reduction in damages awarded to
  plaintiffs who fail to wear a safety belt or safety harness.

  SSB 1117	Commerce

  Relating to price regulation for local exchange carriers, by
  changing certain definitions related to price regulation, permitting
  certain rate increases, requiring certain network infrastructure
  investments, and making related changes.
