  INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION

  Senate Concurrent Resolution 4, by committee on Agriculture,
  a concurrent resolution requesting that the President of the United
  States, the Chief of Engineers and Commander of the United States
  Corps of Engineers, and the United States Congress take action
  necessary to provide a spring navigation target flow on the Missouri
  River that is consistent with the needs of landowners and the region's
  economy.

  Read first time under Rule 28 and placed on calendar.
