Brunkhorst of Bremer asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw the motion to reconsider Senate File 532, a bill for an act
relating to matters related to the tobacco settlement including the
tobacco settlement authority, the tobacco settlement trust fund, and
the tobacco settlement endowment fund, and providing an effective
date, filed by him on May 1, 2001.

House File 755, by committee on appropriations, a bill for an act
relating to public expenditure and regulatory matters, making and
