32 road use tax fund, with the remainder deposited in the
33 general fund of the state. For the fiscal year
34 beginning July 1, 2001, the treasurer of state shall
35 deposit one million five hundred thousand dollars of
36 moneys received under subsection 1 in the waste tire
37 management fund, and three million dollars in the road
38 use tax fund, with the remainder deposited in the
39 general fund of the state. For the fiscal year
40 beginning July 1, 2002, and each subsequent fiscal
41 year, the treasurer of state shall deposit the entire
42 amount of moneys received under subsection 1 in the
43 road use tax fund."
44 3. By renumbering as necessary.
