  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "For deposit in the value-added agricultural
  1  5 products and processes financial assistance fund:

  1  7    #2.  Page 17, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "Sec.    .  Section 321.52A, subsection 2, Code
  1 10 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1 11    2.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1996, the
  1 12 treasurer of state shall deposit one million five
  1 13 hundred thousand dollars of moneys received under
  1 14 subsection 1 in the waste tire management fund created
  1 15 in section 455D.11C, and deposit the remainder in the
  1 16 general fund of the state.  For the fiscal year
  1 17 beginning July 1, 1997, the treasurer of state shall
  1 18 deposit two million five hundred thousand dollars of
  1 19 moneys received under subsection 1 in the waste tire
  1 20 management fund, and deposit the remainder in the
  1 21 general fund of the state.  For the fiscal year
  1 22 beginning July 1, 1998, and the fiscal year beginning
  1 23 July 1, 1999, the treasurer of state shall deposit
  1 24 three million five hundred thousand dollars of moneys
  1 25 received under subsection 1 in the waste tire
  1 26 management fund, and deposit the remainder in the
  1 27 general fund of the state.  For the fiscal year
  1 28 beginning July 1, 2000, the treasurer of state shall
  1 29 deposit two million five hundred thousand dollars of
  1 30 the moneys received under subsection 1 in the waste
  1 31 tire management fund, and one million dollars in the
  1 32 road use tax fund, with the remainder deposited in the
  1 33 general fund of the state.  For the fiscal year
  1 34 beginning July 1, 2001, the treasurer of state shall
  1 35 deposit one million five hundred thousand dollars of
  1 36 moneys received under subsection 1 in the waste tire
  1 37 management fund, and three million dollars in the road
  1 38 use tax fund, with the remainder deposited in the
  1 39 general fund of the state.  For the fiscal year
  1 40 beginning July 1, 2002, and each subsequent fiscal
  1 41 year, the treasurer of state shall deposit the entire
  1 42 amount of moneys received under subsection 1 in the
  1 43 road use tax fund."
