amendment H-1591, filed by her from the floor and moved its
adoption:

1 Amend the amendment, H-1591, to House File 718, as
2 follows:
3 1. Page 1, by inserting after line 7, the
4 following:
5 " . Page 3, line 31, by striking the figure
6 "275,000" and inserting the following: "258,500".
7 2. By renumbering as necessary.
Amendment H-1611 was adopted.

amendment H-1591, filed by her from the floor and moved its
adoption:

1 Amend the amendment, H-1591, to House File 718 as
2 follows:
3 1. Page 1, by inserting after line 9 the
4 following:
5 " . Page 12, line 3, by inserting after the
6 figure "2002," the following: "any moneys remaining
7 in the administrative contribution surcharge fund on
8 June 30, 2001, and"."
9 2. By renumbering as necessary.
Amendment H-1612 was adopted.

On motion by Boggess of Page amendment H-1591A, as amended,
was adopted.
