H.S.B. 251 Appropriations
Relating to state government technology and operations, by making
and relating to appropriations to the Iowa communications network
for the support of certain Part III users, making appropriations to
various entities for other technology-related purposes, providing for
the procurement of information technology, and providing an effective
date.

Senate File 186, a bill for an act providing for a tax levy for the county hospital
fund in certain counties and providing an effective date.

Committee Bill (Formerly House File 433), providing for taxes relating to the sale
of ethanol blended gasoline, making penalties applicable, and providing for the Act's
applicability.

Committee Bill (Formerly House File 551), relating to the levy of tax assessments
for drainage or levee districts.
Fiscal Note is not required.

Committee Bill (Formerly House File 644), relating to the annual filing for the
family farm tax credit, to the notification to the assessor of the change in ownership or
the person actively engaged in farming the tract of agricultural land for which the
family farm tax credit is allowed, providing a penalty, and including effective and
applicability date provisions.
