Broers of Cerro Gordo asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw House File 436 from further consideration by the House.
IMMEDIATE MESSAGE
Jacobs of Polk asked and received unanimous consent that Senate
File 94 be immediately messaged to the Senate.
EXPLANATIONS OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 5, 2001.
