35 following: "a direct appropriation from the state.
36 The department may allocate to the council moneys that
37 have been appropriated to the department for purposes
38 identified by the council to support council
39 activities".

Amendment H-1356 was adopted.

Jenkins of Black Hawk moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
