him and moved its adoption:

2 1. By striking page 12, line 20 through page 15,
3 line 12.
4 2. Page 20, by striking lines 3 through 13.
5 3. Title page, by striking line 3, and inserting
6 the following: "penalties, voter registration".
7 4. By renumbering as necessary.
