The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to
have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
House File 590, a bill for an act relating to the testing of
individuals and the release of the results of tests for communicable
and infectious diseases and for the human immunodeficiency virus
and making penalties applicable, was taken up for consideration.
Carroll of Poweshiek asked and received unanimous consent that
amendment H-1328 be deferred.
