MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports
that the following committee recommendations have been received
and are on file in the office of the Chief Clerk.

Committee Bill (Formerly House File 247), relating to wastewater systems,
establishing a fund, and appropriating moneys from the fund.

COMMITTEE ON HUMAN RESOURCES
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 45), relating to eligibility requirements for
certain persons with disabilities under the medical assistance program.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Do Pass March 8, 2001.
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 331), relating to the testing of individuals
and the release of the results of tests for communicable and infectious diseases and for
the human immunodeficiency virus.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Amend and Do Pass March 8, 2001.
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 344), establishing a child protection center
grant program.
Fiscal Note is required.
Recommended Do Pass March 12, 2001.
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 406), providing for the transfer of custody
and termination of parental rights for certain newborn infants whose parent
voluntarily surrenders physical custody at certain health facilities and providing for
immunity from prosecution for child abandonment crimes for such parent, and
providing an effective date.
