1 Amend Senate File 267, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. By striking everything after the enacting
4 clause and inserting the following:
5 "DIVISION I
6 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS
7 Section 1. DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND FINANCE.
8 There is appropriated from the general fund of the
9 state to the department of revenue and finance for the
10 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June
11 30, 2001, the following amount, or so much thereof as
12 is necessary, to be used for the purposes designated,
13 in addition to the appropriations made for those
14 purposes in 2000 Iowa Acts, chapter 1231, section 28:
15 For compliance, including salaries, support,
16 maintenance, and miscellaneous purposes:

21 Sec. . 2000 Iowa Acts, chapter 1231, section 1,
22 unnumbered paragraph 2, is amended to read as follows:
