from the floor and moved its adoption:

H-1214

1 Amend Senate File 267, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 3, by inserting after line 18 the
4 following:
5 " . To the department of commerce for the
6 divisions of administrative services, banking, credit
7 union, and utilities in 2000 Iowa Acts, chapter 1231,
8 section 3, and other enactments making appropriations
9 from the general fund of the state for that fiscal
10 year for regulation of such businesses that pay for
11 the costs of the regulation."
12 2. By renumbering as necessary.

Roll call was requested by Myers of Johnson and Murphy of
Dubuque.
