  1  1    Amend Senate File 267, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  To the department of commerce for the
  1  6 divisions of administrative services, banking, credit
  1  7 union, and utilities in 2000 Iowa Acts, chapter 1231,
  1  8 section 3, and other enactments making appropriations
  1  9 from the general fund of the state for that fiscal
  1 10 year for regulation of such businesses that pay for
  1 11 the costs of the regulation."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
