certain employees are not entitled to compensation for time spent

Kreiman, Fallon, Schrader, Mertz, and May, a bill for an act
providing protections for contract producers of agricultural
commodities, providing for the administration and enforcement of its
provisions, providing penalties, and including applicability and
effective date provisions.

act relating to an increase in the amount of the minimum community
resource allowance to be retained by the spouse of an

SPECIAL PRESENTATION
Metcalf of Polk introduced to the House Theresa Uchytil, Miss
Iowa, from Urbandale. She was accompanied by her parents, Vern
and Liz Uchytil and her sister Rose.
The House rose and expressed its welcome.
ADOPTION OF HOUSE RESOLUTION 16
Metcalf of Polk called up for consideration House Resolution 16, a
resolution honoring Theresa J. Uchytil, and moved its adoption.
