Amendment H-1077 was adopted.

On motion by Jenkins of Black Hawk amendment H-1076, as
amended, was adopted.

Jenkins of Black Hawk offered the following amendment H-1083
filed by him and moved its adoption:

H-1083

1 Amend House File 349 as follows:
2 1. Page 3, line 35, by inserting after the words
3 "or V" the following: "or chapter 432".

Amendment H-1083 was adopted.

Jenkins of Black Hawk moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
