  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  4 following:

  1  6 word "company," the following:  "cooperative organized
  1  7 under chapter 501 and filing as a partnership for
  1  8 federal tax purposes,".
  1  9    #   .  Page 1, line 16, by inserting after the word

  1 13    #2.  Page 1, line 43, by inserting after the word
