MOTION TO RECONSIDER WITHDRAWN
(Senate Concurrent Resolution 5)
Huser of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw
the motion to reconsider Senate Concurrent Resolution 5, a
concurrent resolution relating to the compensation of chaplains,
officers and employees of the Seventy-ninth General Assembly, filed
by her on February 7, 2001.
IMMEDIATE MESSAGE
Rants of Woodbury asked and received unanimous consent that
Senate Concurrent Resolution 5 be immediately messaged to the
Senate.
ADOPTION OF HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 8
Johnson of Osceola called up for consideration House Concurrent
Resolution 8, a concurrent resolution honoring Herb Plambeck, and
moved its adoption.
The motion prevailed and the resolution was adopted.
CONSIDERATION OF BILL
Regular Calendar
House File 104, a bill for an act relating to child endangerment
violations and injuries to a child or minor and providing penalties,
was taken up for consideration.
SENATE FILE 63 SUBSTITUTED FOR HOUSE FILE 104
Shey of Linn asked and received unanimous consent to substitute
Senate File 63 for House File 104.
