Committee Bill (Formerly House File 22), relating to increasing the personal
needs allowance under the medical assistance program for residents of health care
facilities.

Fiscal Note is not required.

Recommended Amend and Do Pass February 1, 2001.

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 27), applying child in need of
assistance and child abuse provisions to a child in whose presence a controlled
substance has been manufactured or possessed by the child's parent, guardian, or
custodian.

Fiscal Note is not required.

Recommended Amend and Do Pass February 1, 2001.

On motion by Rants of Woodbury the House adjourned at 8:54
