Fallon of Polk asked for unanimous consent to suspend the rules to
consider amendment H-1020, to the committee amendment H-1011.
Objection was raised.
Fallon of Polk moved to suspend the rules to consider amendment
H-1020, to the committee amendment H-1011.
A non-record roll call was requested.
The ayes were 39, nays 52.
The motion to suspend the rules lost.
