House File 68, by Drake, a bill for an act relating to the burning
of wood by sanitary landfills.
Read first time and referred to committee on environmental
protection.
House File 69, by Grundberg, a bill for an act relating to types of
regulated containers and reimbursement amounts under the
beverage container control law.
Read first time and referred to committee on environmental
protection.
House File 70, by O'Brien, Kuhn, Mertz, Frevert, Petersen,
Fallon, Myers, Hatch, Witt, Reynolds, Connors, Ford, May,
Osterhaus, Dotzler, Bell, Cohoon, Bukta, Stevens, Falck, T. Taylor,
Chiodo, Warnstadt, Larkin, Mascher, Winckler, Lensing, Smith, and
Richardson, a bill for an act relating to the time and the criteria for
filing of claims for refund under the state individual income tax by
retired federal employees as a result of the unconstitutional taxation
of federal pensions and including an effective date.
