  1  1    Section 1.  Section 455B.133, Code 2001, is amended by
  1  2 adding the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  10.  Adopt rules allowing a sanitary
  1  4 landfill to burn wood recovered from a demolition site of a
  1  5 structure condemned by a city.
  1  6    Sec. 2.  NEW SECTION.  455B.314A  WOOD BURNING.
  1  7    A sanitary landfill may burn wood recovered from a
  1  8 demolition site of a structure condemned by a city.  
  1  9                           EXPLANATION 
  1 10    This bill allows a sanitary landfill to burn wood recovered
  1 11 from a demolition site of a structure condemned by a city.
