PAG LIN 1 1 Section 1. Section 692A.1, subsection 4, paragraph m, Code 1 2 Supplement 2001, is amended to read as follows: 1 3 m. Sexual exploitation of a minor in violation of section 1 4 728.12, subsection 2 or 3. 1 5 EXPLANATION 1 6 This bill requires a person who commits any sexual 1 7 exploitation of a minor to register as a sex offender. 1 8 The bill adds the offense of sexual exploitation of a minor 1 9 in violation of Code section 728.12, subsection 1, to the list 1 10 of criminal offenses against a minor that require registration 1 11 as a sex offender. A person who commits sexual exploitation 1 12 of a minor in violation of Code section 728.12, subsection 1, 1 13 commits a class "C" felony. 1 14 LSB 5997XS 79 1 15 jm/cls/14
