  1  1          SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. ___
  1  2                       BY  IVERSON
  1  3 A Concurrent Resolution providing for a reduction in
  1  4    the appropriations from the general fund of the
  1  5    state for the legislative branch for the fiscal
  1  6    year beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30,
  1  7    2001.
  1  8    BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE, THE HOUSE OF
  1  9 REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING, That the appropriations
  1 10 from the general fund of the state for purposes of the
  1 11 legislative branch for the fiscal year beginning July
  1 12 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001, are reduced by 1.50
  1 13 percent; and
  1 14    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution takes
  1 15 effect upon passage of the resolution by both houses
  1 16 of the general assembly.
