  1  1    Amend Senate File 2316, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 31, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "university." the following:  "Appraisals conducted by
  1  5 the university of the value of any portion of the
  1  6 tract shall be made available to the public
  1  7 immediately following the sale of that portion of the
  1  8 tract."
  1  9    #2.  Page 1, line 35, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "facility" the following:  "or for the university's
  1 11 plant sciences institute".
  1 12    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 1 through 4.
  1 13    #4.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 14 and correcting internal references as necessary.
