  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5437, to Senate File 2293,
  1  2 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 14, by inserting after line 29, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  455B.189  DISCHARGE POINT
  1  6 IDENTIFICATION.
  1  7    The department, pursuant to this division, shall
  1  8 consult with municipalities and industrial national
  1  9 pollutant discharge elimination system permit holders
  1 10 and develop guidelines regarding public identification
  1 11 of sites where national pollutant discharge
  1 12 elimination system permitted discharges occur to state
  1 13 waters."
