  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5437, to Senate File 2293,
  1  2 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 13, line 50, by striking the word
  1  4 "location." and inserting the following:  "location
  1  5 and at the property line of the confinement feeding
  1  6 operation.  However, if two or more confinement
  1  7 feeding operations may be the source of the emission,
  1  8 the department shall take measurements from a location
  1  9 that is an equal distance from the confinement feeding
  1 10 operations."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 12 internal references as necessary.
