  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5437, to Senate File 2293,
  1  2 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 23, by striking lines 12 through 22, and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "construction permit
  1  5 application.  However, for a construction design
  1  6 statement that is not part of a construction permit
  1  7 application, the department shall not file the
  1  8 statement unless it is complete.  The department shall
  1  9 notify the person submitting the construction design
  1 10 statement of any of the following:
  1 11    a.  The construction design statement has been
  1 12 filed.
  1 13    b.  The department is delaying filing the
  1 14 construction design statement because it is incorrect
  1 15 or incomplete, or the department requires further
  1 16 information regarding the contractor's
  1 17 qualifications."
  1 18    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
