  1  1    Amend Senate File 2325 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 5 through 8 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "1.  "Administrator" means the chief administrative
  1  5 law judge, chief inspector, chief investigator, chief
  1  6 auditor, or the person administering a division of the
  1  7 department."
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 29 through 35 and
  1  9 inserting the following:
  1 10    "The allocation of departmental duties to the
  1 11 divisions of the department in sections 10A.302,
  1 12 10A.402, 10A.502, 10A.702, and 10A.801 does not
  1 13 prohibit the director from reallocating departmental
  1 14 duties within the department.  The director shall not
  1 15 reallocate any of the duties of the division of
  1 16 administrative hearings, created by section 10A.801,
  1 17 to any other unit of the department."
  1 18    #3.  By striking page 3, line 35 through page 4,
  1 19 line 4.
  1 20    #4.  Page 4, by striking lines 10 through 23.
  1 21    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
