  1  3 and inserting the following:  "two".
  1  4    #2.  Page 3, by striking lines 31 through 34 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  453A.60  CIVIL PENALTIES.
  1  7    A distributor that violates this division is
  1  8 subject to the civil penalties specified in section
  1  9 453A.31, subsection 2."
  1 10    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
