  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-5272, to Senate File
  1  2 2190, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, line 43, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "benefits." the following:  "However, the
  1  6 apportionment authorized by this paragraph shall not
  1  7 apply to those workers who are generally engaged in
  1  8 "high-injury-risk" industries in which multiple
  1  9 injuries over an individual's work life would be
  1 10 anticipated.  The workers' compensation commissioner
  1 11 and the labor commissioner shall jointly identify on
  1 12 an annual basis which industries are high-injury-risk
  1 13 industries.""
