  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-5272, to Senate File
  1  2 2190, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 43 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  Section 85.37, Code 2001, is amended by
  1  7 adding the following new unnumbered paragraph:
  1  8    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  The workers'
  1  9 compensation commissioner shall adopt rules providing
  1 10 for an annual adjustment from the date of injury of
  1 11 the weekly benefit amount in accordance with a
  1 12 generally recognized cost-of-living standard.""
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
