  1  2 2190, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 45 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 3, by inserting before line 7 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec.    .  Section 85.71, Code 2001, is amended by
  1  9 adding the following new subsection:
  1 10    NEW SUBSECTION.  5.  The employee resides in this
  1 11 state.""
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
