  1  1    Amend House File 2547, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 139A.8, subsection 3, Code
  1  6 2001, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    3.  Subject to the provision of subsection 4, the
  1  8 state board of health may modify or delete any of the
  1  9 immunizations in subsection 2 to include immunizations
  1 10 consistent with the current recommendations of the
  1 11 advisory committee on immunization practices and the
  1 12 American academy of pediatric's committee on
  1 13 infectious diseases."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
