1 1 Amend Senate File 2229 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 1, line 8, by inserting after the word
1 3 "institution." the following: "However, if a child
1 4 abuse report is made concerning a resident of or a
1 5 person employed by a psychiatric institution, the
1 6 department of human services shall be the sole agency
1 7 responding to the report and the response shall be as
1 8 provided in section 232.71B."
1 9 #2. Page 1, by striking lines 10 through 12 and
1 10 inserting the following: "other investigation or
1 11 assessment activity in response to a complaint or
1 12 report, the department addressing or responding to the
1 13 complaint or report may disclose any information
1 14 obtained to another department, a designated
1 15 protection and".
1 16 #3. By striking page 1, line 19 through page 3,
1 17 line 27.
1 18 #4. Title page, lines 2 and 3, by striking the
1 19 words "and behavioral health care coverage".
