1 1 Amend Senate File 2169 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 1, by striking lines 10 through 16, and
1 3 inserting the following:
1 4 "Sec. . Section 482.12, subsection 1, paragraph
1 5 a, Code Supplement 2001, is amended by striking the
1 6 paragraph and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
1 7 a. A sport fishing license entitles a person to
1 8 take and possess an amount of mussels or shells daily
1 9 as authorized by rule of the commission. Sale of
1 10 mussels or shells is not permitted with a sport
1 11 fishing license.
1 12 Sec. . Section 482.12, subsection 1, paragraph
1 13 b, Code Supplement 2001, is amended by striking the
1 14 paragraph."
1 15 #2. Title page, line 2, by striking the word
1 16 "prohibiting" and inserting the following:
1 17 "restricting".
1 18 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
