  1  1    Amend Senate File 2231 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  NEW SECTION.  135B.34  SINGLE CONTACT
  1  5 REPOSITORY – RECORD CHECKS.
  1  6    A hospital licensed in this state may access the
  1  7 single contact repository established by the
  1  8 department pursuant to section 135C.33 as necessary
  1  9 for the hospital to perform record checks of persons
  1 10 employed or being considered for employment by the
  1 11 hospital."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
